| DICK SAMMER has twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience with success in both landlord and tenant representation, site selection, land sales, and excess property disposition. He is a graduate of Ottawa University and The Rochester Center for Theological Studies, which preceded his ten years in the Christian ministry. He and his family have lived in Kansas, New York, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and now in Tennessee for the past dozen years. Committed to faith, family and his business, Dick started Pride Brokerage Services in 2005. Within the past decade, Dick has brokered several hundred deals totaling more than two million square feet. In 2005, he was chosen Broker of the Year by Wal-Mart Realty. And, in 2007 and 2008, Co-Star Group selected Dick as a Power Broker, an award given to the Top Ten Retail Brokers in Nashville. Dick is active in ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) having served as a state officer. He is a licensed broker in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. dsammer@pridebrokerage.com ERIC BARRETT, who received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and Master’s degree from Alfred University, has spent the last eleven years pursuing a career in commercial real estate. After spending eight years as a commercial real estate lender, he joined Pride Brokerage Services in 2006, where he currently represents a diverse lineup of retail clients. Eric is currently licensed in Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas and Louisiana and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he holds a position on the Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange planning committee. ebarrett@pridebrokerage.com STEVE STANLEY brings nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate to the Pride Brokerage team. His primary responsibilities at Pride Brokerage are to explore and develop new tenant relations, to market listed properties, and to assist clients with site selection and development. Prior to joining the Pride team, Steve was a Principal and Director of Development for Southstar, LLC for seven years. Beginning as a Retail Leasing Agent with Insignia Commercial Group in 1994, he has worked for several Nashville-based real estate companies, leasing and/or developing properties for over 50 different national retailers. Steve currently holds a Tennessee Real Estate license and has been an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serving two years as the Tennessee Operations Chairman.
